On February 16, 2023, Appian Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release and held an earnings conference call (collectively, the “Earnings Publication”) where the Company provided guidance regarding its cloud subscription revenue, indicating that such revenue is expected to grow in the range of 26% to 29% for the first quarter of 2023 and 24% to 25% for the full year 2023.

On February 16, 2023, after the Company’s earnings call, the Company held a conference call with a reporter from Seeking Alpha.
